YOUR PROTECTION - Your protection is really important to us. That is why we choose to be regulated by the Institute of Professional Willwriters IPW which is the only willwriting organisation that demands compulsory entrance examinations, (I am an examiner) and the only one with a Code of Practice approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Agency check TSI approval here.

We are very experienced and entirely familiar with the law in this complex area. Estate planning is all we do. And in the unlikely event that something does go wrong, you are fully covered by an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution process and liability insurance which is strictly required by the Code of Practice of our professional body, the Institute of Professional Willwriters.

COST - We offer FIXED FEES and offer an excellent service and value for money. Most people prefer a video call but we can still do in-person home visits if you live in the North East.

Wills start at £150 for a basic Will up to £575 for a complex Will containing trusts, severance of tenancy and accompanying side letters.

Lasting Powers of Attorney are £350 for two (Financial + Health).

Furthermore, the Trading Standards Institute approves our practices. Only the IPW has Trading Standards Approval for willwriting.
